About

"i think deep down i want to be famous. not celebrity famous. but the kind of famous that comes with admiration. maybe thats where being behind the lens comes in.

i want you to see what i see. and perhaps, just perhaps, be famous [just a little]"

today is camp... if thats what you want to call it. retreating sounds like a much better description since we're heading up to whistler this year and condo-ing. actually, lets call it condo-ing

im leaving with my carpool right after work. which in its own way has been a planning spectacle to itself. leaving after work creates its own undesirable side effects.

one. packing becomes a hodgepodge throw together bomb. i tend to be quite the last minute packer, so the requirement of packing substantially before leaving only can lead to bad things for me. so we'll see what i've forgotten when this bomb explodes while condo-ing.

two. being too stingy to take a day off work. in its own little way, today is almost a write off in terms of work. as like any friday, the mind is weekend wandering, despite the pile of work i need to get to. im not expecting anything this weekend, but i think the out-of-ordinary-ness of a get away weekend has it's own prospects.

i should go check on my bag. :p

shot taken last year at camp jubilee. its almost a silhouettes on blue and grey kind of thing. i like how it all kind of randomly comes together.
